Reset Password Information

Reseting your password is a two step process.

1. Enter your User Name.
2. Answer your security answer to the security question that you entered when you first registered.

The system will then send you an email containing a new randomized password.

Use your User Name and the new randomized password to log into system.

What if I receive a "Your account has been locked out..." message?
This is a security feature to prevent hackers from hacking passwords. Please notify BAA for assistance.
